| 2 Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: When you are come into the land of your habitations, which I give to you, | B DBR EL-BNI IShREL UEMRTh ELAM KI ThBEU EL-ERTs MUShBThIKM EShR ENI NThN LKM | ב דבר אל-בני ישראל ואמרת אלהם כי תבאו אל-ארץ מושבתיכם אשר אני נתן לכם | ||
| 3 and will make an offering by fire to IAUA, a burnt-offering, or a sacrifice, in fulfilment of a vow clearly uttered, or as a freewill-offering, or in your appointed seasons, to make a sweet savor to IAUA, of the herd, or of the flock; | G UOShIThM EShA LIAUA OLA EU-ZBCh LFLE-NDR EU BNDBA EU BMODIKM LOShUTh RICh NIChCh LIAUA MN-ABQR EU MN-ATsEN | ג ועשיתם אשה ליהוה עלה או-זבח לפלא-נדר או בנדבה או במעדיכם לעשות ריח ניחח ליהוה מן-הבקר או מן-הצאן | ||
| 4 then shall he that brings his offering present to IAUA a meal-offering of a tenth part of an ephah of fine flour mingled with the fourth part of a hin of oil; | D UAQRIB AMQRIB QRBNU LIAUA MNChA SLTh OShRUN BLUL BRBOITh AAIN ShMN | ד והקריב המקריב קרבנו ליהוה מנחה סלת עשרון בלול ברבעית ההין שמן | ||
| 5 and wine for the drink-offering, the fourth part of a hin, shall you prepare with the burnt-offering or for the sacrifice, for each lamb. | A UIIN LNSK RBIOITh AAIN ThOShA OL-AOLA EU LZBCh LKBSh AEChD | ה ויין לנסך רביעית ההין תעשה על-העלה או לזבח לכבש האחד | ||
| 6 Or for a ram, you shall prepare for a meal-offering two tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour mingled with the third part of a hin of oil; | U EU LEIL ThOShA MNChA SLTh ShNI OShRNIM BLULA BShMN ShLShITh AAIN | ו או לאיל תעשה מנחה סלת שני עשרנים בלולה בשמן שלשית ההין | ||
| 7 and for the drink-offering you shall present the third part of a hin of wine, of a sweet savor to IAUA. | Z UIIN LNSK ShLShITh AAIN ThQRIB RICh-NIChCh LIAUA | ז ויין לנסך שלשית ההין תקריב ריח-ניחח ליהוה | ||
| 8 When you prepare a bullock for a burnt-offering, or for a sacrifice, in fulfilment of a vow clearly uttered, or for peace-offerings to IAUA; | Ch UKI-ThOShA BN-BQR OLA EU-ZBCh LFLE-NDR EU-ShLMIM LIAUA | ח וכי-תעשה בן-בקר עלה או-זבח לפלא-נדר או-שלמים ליהוה | ||
| 9 then shall there be presented with the bullock a meal-offering of three tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour mingled with half a hin of oil. | T UAQRIB OL-BN-ABQR MNChA SLTh ShLShA OShRNIM BLUL BShMN ChTsI AAIN | ט והקריב על-בן-הבקר מנחה סלת שלשה עשרנים בלול בשמן חצי ההין | ||
| 10 You shall present for the drink-offering half a hin of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor to IAUA. | I UIIN ThQRIB LNSK ChTsI AAIN EShA RICh-NIChCh LIAUA | י ויין תקריב לנסך חצי ההין אשה ריח-ניחח ליהוה | ||
| 11 Thus shall it be done for each bullock, or for each ram, or for each of the he-lambs, or of the kids. | IE KKA IOShA LShUR AEChD EU LEIL AEChD EU-LShA BKBShIM EU BOZIM | יא ככה יעשה לשור האחד או לאיל האחד או-לשה בכבשים או בעזים | ||
| 12 According to the number that you may prepare, so shall you do for every one according to their number. | IB KMSFR EShR ThOShU KKA ThOShU LEChD KMSFRM | יב כמספר אשר תעשו ככה תעשו לאחד כמספרם | ||
| 13 All that are home-born shall do these things after this manner, in presenting an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor to IAUA. | IG KL-AEZRCh IOShA-KKA ETh-ELA LAQRIB EShA RICh-NIChCh LIAUA | יג כל-האזרח יעשה-ככה את-אלה להקריב אשה ריח-ניחח ליהוה | ||
| 14 If a stranger sojourn with you, or whosoever may be among you, throughout your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor to IAUA; as you do, so he shall do. | ID UKI-IGUR EThKM GR EU EShR-BThUKKM LDRThIKM UOShA EShA RICh-NIChCh LIAUA KEShR ThOShU KN IOShA | יד וכי-יגור אתכם גר או אשר-בתוככם לדרתיכם ועשה אשה ריח-ניחח ליהוה כאשר תעשו כן יעשה | ||
| 15 As for the congregation, there shall be one statute both for you, and for the stranger that sojourns with you, a statute for ever throughout your generations; as you are, so shall the stranger be before IAUA. | TU AQAL ChQA EChTh LKM ULGR AGR ChQTh OULM LDRThIKM KKM KGR IAIA LFNI IAUA | טו הקהל חקה אחת לכם ולגר הגר חקת עולם לדרתיכם ככם כגר יהיה לפני יהוה | ||
| 16 One law and one ordinance shall be both for you, and for the stranger that sojourns with you. | TZ ThURA EChTh UMShFT EChD IAIA LKM ULGR AGR EThKM | טז תורה אחת ומשפט אחד יהיה לכם ולגר הגר אתכם | ||
| 17 IAUA spoke to Moses, saying: | IZ UIDBR IAUA EL-MShA LEMR | יז וידבר יהוה אל-משה לאמר | ||
| 18 Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: When you come into the land whither I bring you, | ICh DBR EL-BNI IShREL UEMRTh ELAM BBEKM EL-AERTs EShR ENI MBIE EThKM ShMA | יח דבר אל-בני ישראל ואמרת אלהם בבאכם אל-הארץ אשר אני מביא אתכם שמה | ||
| 19 then it shall be, that, when you eat of the bread of the land, you shall set apart a portion for a gift to IAUA. | IT UAIA BEKLKM MLChM AERTs ThRIMU ThRUMA LIAUA | יט והיה באכלכם מלחם הארץ תרימו תרומה ליהוה | ||
| 20 Of the first of your dough you shall set apart a cake for a gift; as that which is set apart of the threshing-floor, so shall you set it apart. | K REShITh ORSThKM ChLA ThRIMU ThRUMA KThRUMTh GRN KN ThRIMU EThA | כ ראשית ערסתכם חלה תרימו תרומה כתרומת גרן כן תרימו אתה | ||
| 21 Of the first of your dough you shall give to IAUA a portion for a gift throughout your generations. | KE MREShITh ORSThIKM ThThNU LIAUA ThRUMA LDRThIKM | כא מראשית ערסתיכם תתנו ליהוה תרומה לדרתיכם | ||
| 22 When you shall err, and not observe all these commandments, which IAUA has spoken to Moses, | KB UKI ThShGU ULE ThOShU ETh KL-AMTsUTh AELA EShR-DBR IAUA EL-MShA | כב וכי תשגו ולא תעשו את כל-המצות האלה אשר-דבר יהוה אל-משה | ||
| 23 even all that IAUA has commanded you by the hand of Moses, from the day that IAUA gave commandment, and onward throughout your generations; | KG ETh KL-EShR TsUA IAUA ELIKM BID-MShA MN-AIUM EShR TsUA IAUA UALEA LDRThIKM | כג את כל-אשר צוה יהוה אליכם ביד-משה מן-היום אשר צוה יהוה והלאה לדרתיכם | ||

| 25 The priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and they shall be forgiven; for it was an error, and they have brought their offering, an offering made by fire to IAUA, and their sin-offering before IAUA, for their error. | KA UKFR AKAN OL-KL-ODTh BNI IShREL UNSLCh LAM KI-ShGGA AUE UAM ABIEU ETh-QRBNM EShA LIAUA UChTEThM LFNI IAUA OL-ShGGThM | כה וכפר הכהן על-כל-עדת בני ישראל ונסלח להם כי-שגגה הוא והם הביאו את-קרבנם אשה ליהוה וחטאתם לפני יהוה על-שגגתם | ||
| 26 All the congregation of the children of Israel shall be forgiven, and the stranger that sojourns among them; for in respect of all the people it was done in error. | KU UNSLCh LKL-ODTh BNI IShREL ULGR AGR BThUKM KI LKL-AOM BShGGA | כו ונסלח לכל-עדת בני ישראל ולגר הגר בתוכם כי לכל-העם בשגגה | ||
| 27 If one person sin through error, then he shall offer a she-goat of the first year for a sin-offering. | KZ UEM-NFSh EChTh ThChTE BShGGA UAQRIBA OZ BTh-ShNThA LChTETh | כז ואם-נפש אחת תחטא בשגגה והקריבה עז בת-שנתה לחטאת | ||
| 28 The priest shall make atonement for the soul that errs, when he sins through error, before IAUA, to make atonement for him; and he shall be forgiven, | KCh UKFR AKAN OL-ANFSh AShGGTh BChTEA BShGGA LFNI IAUA LKFR OLIU UNSLCh LU | כח וכפר הכהן על-הנפש השגגת בחטאה בשגגה לפני יהוה לכפר עליו ונסלח לו | ||
| 29 both he that is home-born among the children of Israel, and the stranger that sojourns among them: you shall have one law for him that does aught in error. | KT AEZRCh BBNI IShREL ULGR AGR BThUKM ThURA EChTh IAIA LKM LOShA BShGGA | כט האזרח בבני ישראל ולגר הגר בתוכם תורה אחת יהיה לכם לעשה בשגגה | ||
| 30 But the soul that does aught with a high hand, whether he be home-born or a stranger, the same blasphemes IAUA; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people. | L UANFSh EShR-ThOShA BID RMA MN-AEZRCh UMN-AGR ETh-IAUA AUE MGDF UNKRThA ANFSh AAUE MQRB OMA | ל והנפש אשר-תעשה ביד רמה מן-האזרח ומן-הגר את-יהוה הוא מגדף ונכרתה הנפש ההוא מקרב עמה | ||
| 31 Because he has despised the word of IAUA, and has broken His commandment; that soul shall utterly be cut off, his iniquity shall be on him. | LE KI DBR-IAUA BZA UETh-MTsUThU AFR AKRTh ThKRTh ANFSh AAUE OUNA BA | לא כי דבר-יהוה בזה ואת-מצותו הפר הכרת תכרת הנפש ההוא עונה בה | ||
| 32 While the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks on the Sabbath day. | LB UIAIU BNI-IShREL BMDBR UIMTsEU EISh MQShSh OTsIM BIUM AShBTh | לב ויהיו בני-ישראל במדבר וימצאו איש מקשש עצים ביום השבת | ||
| 33 They that found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the congregation. | LG UIQRIBU EThU AMTsEIM EThU MQShSh OTsIM EL-MShA UEL-EARN UEL KL-AODA | לג ויקריבו אתו המצאים אתו מקשש עצים אל-משה ואל-אהרן ואל כל-העדה | ||
| 34 They put him in ward, because it had not been declared what should be done to him. | LD UINIChU EThU BMShMR KI LE FRSh MA-IOShA LU | לד ויניחו אתו במשמר כי לא פרש מה-יעשה לו | ||
| 35 IAUA said to Moses: 'The man shall surely be put to death; all the congregation shall stone him with stones without the camp.' | LA UIEMR IAUA EL-MShA MUTh IUMTh AEISh RGUM EThU BEBNIM KL-AODA MChUTs LMChNA | לה ויאמר יהוה אל-משה מות יומת האיש רגום אתו באבנים כל-העדה מחוץ למחנה | ||
| 36 All the congregation brought him without the camp, and stoned him with stones, and he died, as IAUA commanded Moses. | LU UITsIEU EThU KL-AODA EL-MChUTs LMChNA UIRGMU EThU BEBNIM UIMTh KEShR TsUA IAUA ETh-MShA | לו ויציאו אתו כל-העדה אל-מחוץ למחנה וירגמו אתו באבנים וימת כאשר צוה יהוה את-משה | ||

| 38 'Speak to the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them throughout their generations fringes in the corners of their garments, and that they put with the fringe of each corner a thread of blue. | LCh DBR EL-BNI IShREL UEMRTh ELAM UOShU LAM TsITsTh OL-KNFI BGDIAM LDRThM UNThNU OL-TsITsTh AKNF FThIL ThKLTh | לח דבר אל-בני ישראל ואמרת אלהם ועשו להם ציצת על-כנפי בגדיהם לדרתם ונתנו על-ציצת הכנף פתיל תכלת | ||

| 40 that you may remember and do all My commandments, and be holy to your God. | M LMON ThZKRU UOShIThM ETh-KL-MTsUThI UAIIThM QDShIM LELAIKM | מ למען תזכרו ועשיתם את-כל-מצותי והייתם קדשים לאלהיכם | ||
| 41 I am IAUA your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am IAUA your God.' | ME ENI IAUA ELAIKM EShR AUTsEThI EThKM MERTs MTsRIM LAIUTh LKM LELAIM ENI IAUA ELAIKM | מא אני יהוה אלהיכם אשר הוצאתי אתכם מארץ מצרים להיות לכם לאלהים אני יהוה אלהיכם | ||
