| 2 'Speak to the children of Israel, saying: Assign you the cities of refuge, whereof I spoke to you by the hand of Moses; | B DBR EL-BNI IShREL LEMR ThNU LKM ETh-ORI AMQLT EShR-DBRThI ELIKM BID-MShA | ב דבר אל-בני ישראל לאמר תנו לכם את-ערי המקלט אשר-דברתי אליכם ביד-משה | ||
| 3 that the manslayer that kills any person through error and unawares may flee thither; and they shall be to you for a refuge from the avenger of blood. | G LNUS ShMA RUTsCh MKA-NFSh BShGGA BBLI-DOTh UAIU LKM LMQLT MGEL ADM | ג לנוס שמה רוצח מכה-נפש בשגגה בבלי-דעת והיו לכם למקלט מגאל הדם | ||
