| 1 Thus said IAUA: Go, and get a potter's earthen bottle, and take of the elders of the people, and of the elders of the priests; | E KA EMR IAUA ALK UQNITh BQBQ IUTsR ChRSh UMZQNI AOM UMZQNI AKANIM | א כה אמר יהוה הלך וקנית בקבק יוצר חרש ומזקני העם ומזקני הכהנים |
| 2 and go forth unto the valley of the son of Hinnom, which is by the entry of the gate Harsith, and proclaim there the words that I shall tell you; | B UITsETh EL GIE BN ANM EShR FThCh ShOR AChRSUTh (AChRSITh) UQRETh ShM ETh ADBRIM EShR EDBR ELIK | ב ויצאת אל גיא בן הנם אשר פתח שער החרסות (החרסית) וקראת שם את הדברים אשר אדבר אליך |
| 3 and say: Hear you the word of IAUA, O kings of Judah, and inhabitants of Jerusalem; thus says IAUA of hosts, the God of Israel: Behold, I will bring evil upon this place, which whosoever hears, his ears shall tingle; | G UEMRTh ShMOU DBR IAUA MLKI IAUDA UIShBI IRUShLM KA EMR IAUA TsBEUTh ELAI IShREL ANNI MBIE ROA OL AMQUM AZA EShR KL ShMOA ThTsLNA EZNIU | ג ואמרת שמעו דבר יהוה מלכי יהודה וישבי ירושלם כה אמר יהוה צבאות אלהי ישראל הנני מביא רעה על המקום הזה אשר כל שמעה תצלנה אזניו |
| 4 because they have forsaken Me, and have estranged this place, and have offered in it unto other gods, whom neither they nor their fathers have known, nor the kings of Judah; and have filled this place with the blood of innocents; | D ION EShR OZBNI UINKRU ETh AMQUM AZA UIQTRU BU LELAIM EChRIM EShR LE IDOUM AMA UEBUThIAM UMLKI IAUDA UMLEU ETh AMQUM AZA DM NQIM | ד יען אשר עזבני וינכרו את המקום הזה ויקטרו בו לאלהים אחרים אשר לא ידעום המה ואבותיהם ומלכי יהודה ומלאו את המקום הזה דם נקים |

| 7 and I will make void the counsel of Judah and Jerusalem in this place; and I will cause them to fall by the sword before their enemies, and by the hand of them that seek their life; and their carcasses will I give to be food for the flying creatures of the heaven, and for the beasts of the earth; | Z UBQThI ETh OTsTh IAUDA UIRUShLM BMQUM AZA UAFLThIM BChRB LFNI EIBIAM UBID MBQShI NFShM UNThThI ETh NBLThM LMEKL LOUF AShMIM ULBAMTh AERTs | ז ובקתי את עצת יהודה וירושלם במקום הזה והפלתים בחרב לפני איביהם וביד מבקשי נפשם ונתתי את נבלתם למאכל לעוף השמים ולבהמת הארץ |
| 8 and I will make this city an astonishment, and a hissing; every one that passes thereby shall be astonished and hiss because of all the plagues thereof; | Ch UShMThI ETh AOIR AZETh LShMA ULShRQA KL OBR OLIA IShM UIShRQ OL KL MKThA | ח ושמתי את העיר הזאת לשמה ולשרקה כל עבר עליה ישם וישרק על כל מכתה |

| 10 Then shall you break the bottle in the sight of the men that go with you, | I UShBRTh ABQBQ LOINI AENShIM AALKIM EUThK | י ושברת הבקבק לעיני האנשים ההלכים אותך |
| 11 and shall say unto them: Thus says IAUA of hosts: Even so will I break this people and this city, as one breaks a potter's vessel, that cannot be made whole again; and they shall bury in Topheth, for want of room to bury. | IE UEMRTh ELIAM KA EMR IAUA TsBEUTh KKA EShBR ETh AOM AZA UETh AOIR AZETh KEShR IShBR ETh KLI AIUTsR EShR LE IUKL LARFA OUD UBThFTh IQBRU MEIN MQUM LQBUR | יא ואמרת אליהם כה אמר יהוה צבאות ככה אשבר את העם הזה ואת העיר הזאת כאשר ישבר את כלי היוצר אשר לא יוכל להרפה עוד ובתפת יקברו מאין מקום לקבור |
| 12 Thus will I do unto this place, says IAUA, and to the inhabitants thereof, even making this city as Topheth; | IB KN EOShA LMQUM AZA NEM IAUA ULIUShBIU ULThTh ETh AOIR AZETh KThFTh | יב כן אעשה למקום הזה נאם יהוה וליושביו ולתת את העיר הזאת כתפת |
