A Tent for the Ark | ||||

| 2 When David had made an end of offering the burnt-offering and the peace-offerings, he blessed the people in the name of IAUA. | B UIKL DUID MAOLUTh AOLA UAShLMIM UIBRK ETh-AOM BShM IAUA | ב ויכל דויד מהעלות העלה והשלמים ויברך את-העם בשם יהוה | ||

| 7 Then on that day did David first ordain to give thanks to IAUA, by the hand of Asaph and his brethren. | Z BIUM AAUE EZ NThN DUID BRESh LADUTh LIAUA BID-ESF UEChIU | ז ביום ההוא אז נתן דויד בראש להדות ליהוה ביד-אסף ואחיו | ||
| 8 O give thanks to IAUA, call on His name; make known His doings among the peoples. | Ch AUDU LIAUA QREU BShMU AUDIOU BOMIM OLILThIU | ח הודו ליהוה קראו בשמו הודיעו בעמים עלילתיו | ||
| 9 Sing to Him, sing praises to Him; speak you of all His marvellous works. | T ShIRU LU ZMRU-LU ShIChU BKL-NFLEThIU | ט שירו לו זמרו-לו שיחו בכל-נפלאתיו | ||
| 10 Glory you in His holy name; let the heart of them rejoice that seek IAUA. | I AThALLU BShM QDShU IShMCh LB MBQShI IAUA | י התהללו בשם קדשו ישמח לב מבקשי יהוה | ||
| 11 Seek you IAUA and His strength; seek His face continually. | IE DRShU IAUA UOZU BQShU FNIU ThMID | יא דרשו יהוה ועזו בקשו פניו תמיד | ||
| 12 Remember His marvellous works that He has done, His wonders, and the judgments of His mouth; | IB ZKRU NFLEThIU EShR OShA MFThIU UMShFTI-FIAU | יב זכרו נפלאתיו אשר עשה מפתיו ומשפטי-פיהו | ||
| 13 O you seed of Israel His servant, you children of Jacob, His chosen ones. | IG ZRO IShREL OBDU BNI IOQB BChIRIU | יג זרע ישראל עבדו בני יעקב בחיריו | ||
| 14 He is IAUA our God; His judgments are in all the earth. | ID AUE IAUA ELAINU BKL-AERTs MShFTIU | יד הוא יהוה אלהינו בכל-הארץ משפטיו | ||
| 15 Remember His covenant for ever, the word which He commanded to a thousand generations; | TU ZKRU LOULM BRIThU DBR TsUA LELF DUR | טו זכרו לעולם בריתו דבר צוה לאלף דור | ||
| 16 [The covenant] which He made with Abraham, and His oath to Isaac; | TZ EShR KRTh ETh-EBRAM UShBUOThU LITsChQ | טז אשר כרת את-אברהם ושבועתו ליצחק | ||
| 17 He established it to Jacob for a statute, to Israel for an everlasting covenant; | IZ UIOMIDA LIOQB LChQ LIShREL BRITh OULM | יז ויעמידה ליעקב לחק לישראל ברית עולם | ||
| 18 Saying: 'To you will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance.' | ICh LEMR LK EThN ERTs-KNON ChBL NChLThKM | יח לאמר לך אתן ארץ-כנען חבל נחלתכם | ||
| 19 When you were but a few men in number, yes, very few, and sojourners in it, | IT BAIUThKM MThI MSFR KMOT UGRIM BA | יט בהיותכם מתי מספר כמעט וגרים בה | ||
| 20 When they went about from nation to nation, and from one kingdom to another people, | K UIThALKU MGUI EL-GUI UMMMLKA EL-OM EChR | כ ויתהלכו מגוי אל-גוי ומממלכה אל-עם אחר | ||
| 21 He suffered no man to do them wrong, yes, for their sake He reproved kings: | KE LE-ANICh LEISh LOShQM UIUKCh OLIAM MLKIM | כא לא-הניח לאיש לעשקם ויוכח עליהם מלכים | ||
| 22 'Touch not Mine anointed ones, and do My prophets no harm.' | KB EL-ThGOU BMShIChI UBNBIEI EL-ThROU | כב אל-תגעו במשיחי ובנביאי אל-תרעו | ||
| 23 Sing to IAUA, all the earth; proclaim His salvation from day to day. | KG ShIRU LIAUA KL-AERTs BShRU MIUM-EL-IUM IShUOThU | כג שירו ליהוה כל-הארץ בשרו מיום-אל-יום ישועתו | ||
| 24 Declare His glory among the nations, His marvellous works among all the peoples. | KD SFRU BGUIM ETh-KBUDU BKL-AOMIM NFLEThIU | כד ספרו בגוים את-כבודו בכל-העמים נפלאתיו | ||
| 25 For great is IAUA, and highly to be praised; He also is to be feared above all gods. | KA KI GDUL IAUA UMALL MED UNURE AUE OL-KL-ELAIM | כה כי גדול יהוה ומהלל מאד ונורא הוא על-כל-אלהים | ||
| 26 For all the gods of the peoples are things of nought; but IAUA made the heavens. | KU KI KL-ELAI AOMIM ELILIM UIAUA ShMIM OShA | כו כי כל-אלהי העמים אלילים ויהוה שמים עשה | ||
| 27 Honour and majesty are before Him; strength and gladness are in His place. | KZ AUD UADR LFNIU OZ UChDUA BMQMU | כז הוד והדר לפניו עז וחדוה במקמו | ||
| 28 Ascribe to IAUA, you kindreds of the peoples, ascribe to IAUA glory and strength. | KCh ABU LIAUA MShFChUTh OMIM ABU LIAUA KBUD UOZ | כח הבו ליהוה משפחות עמים הבו ליהוה כבוד ועז | ||
| 29 Ascribe to IAUA the glory due to His name; bring an offering, and come before Him; worship IAUA in the beauty of holiness. | KT ABU LIAUA KBUD ShMU ShEU MNChA UBEU LFNIU AShThChUU LIAUA BADRTh-QDSh | כט הבו ליהוה כבוד שמו שאו מנחה ובאו לפניו השתחוו ליהוה בהדרת-קדש | ||
| 30 Tremble before Him, all the earth; the world also is established that it cannot be moved. | L ChILU MLFNIU KL-AERTs EF-ThKUN ThBL BL-ThMUT | ל חילו מלפניו כל-הארץ אף-תכון תבל בל-תמוט | ||
| 31 Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice; and let them say among the nations: 'IAUA reigns.' | LE IShMChU AShMIM UThGL AERTs UIEMRU BGUIM IAUA MLK | לא ישמחו השמים ותגל הארץ ויאמרו בגוים יהוה מלך | ||
| 32 Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof; let the field exult, and all that is therein; | LB IROM AIM UMLUEU IOLTs AShDA UKL-EShR-BU | לב ירעם הים ומלואו יעלץ השדה וכל-אשר-בו | ||
| 33 Then shall the trees of the wood sing for joy, before IAUA, for He is come to judge the earth. | LG EZ IRNNU OTsI AIOR MLFNI IAUA KI-BE LShFUT ETh-AERTs | לג אז ירננו עצי היער מלפני יהוה כי-בא לשפוט את-הארץ | ||
| 34 O give thanks to IAUA; for He is good; for His mercy endures for ever. | LD AUDU LIAUA KI TUB KI LOULM ChSDU | לד הודו ליהוה כי טוב כי לעולם חסדו | ||
| 35 Say you: 'Save us, O God of our salvation, and gather us together and deliver us from the nations, that we may give thanks to Your holy name, that we may triumph in Your praise.' | LA UEMRU AUShIONU ELAI IShONU UQBTsNU UATsILNU MN-AGUIM LADUTh LShM QDShK LAShThBCh BThALThK | לה ואמרו הושיענו אלהי ישענו וקבצנו והצילנו מן-הגוים להדות לשם קדשך להשתבח בתהלתך | ||
| 36 Blessed be IAUA, the God of Israel, from everlasting even to everlasting. All the people said: 'Amen,' and praised IAUA. | LU BRUK IAUA ELAI IShREL MN-AOULM UOD AOLM UIEMRU KL-AOM EMN UALL LIAUA | לו ברוך יהוה אלהי ישראל מן-העולם ועד העלם ויאמרו כל-העם אמן והלל ליהוה | ||

| 41 and with them Heman and Jeduthun, and the rest that were chosen, who were mentioned by name, to give thanks to IAUA, because His mercy endures for ever; | ME UOMAM AIMN UIDUThUN UShER ABRURIM EShR NQBU BShMUTh LADUTh LIAUA KI LOULM ChSDU | מא ועמהם הימן וידותון ושאר הברורים אשר נקבו בשמות להדות ליהוה כי לעולם חסדו | ||
